NASP has a limited number of single or double rooms held at the Beacon Hotel located at 1615 Rhode Island Ave. NW, Washington, DC 20036, right across the street from the Human Rights Campaign. These rooms can be reserved from July 23 to July 26, 2024. The group name is under 'National Association of School Psychologists'. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.

Three major airports serve the Washington, DC metropolitan area: Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI), Dulles International Airport (IAD), and Reagan National Airport (DCA). The closest and easiest access airport to the Human Rights Campaign and Beacon Hotel is Reagan National (DCA). It is also possible to arrive in Washington, DC via Amtrak into Union Station. Reagan National Airport, Union Station, the Beacon Hotel, and the Human Rights Campaign are all metro accessible.

The closest Metro stops to the Beacon Hotel and Human Rights Campaign are Farragut North (Red), Farragut West (Blue, Silver, Orange), McPherson Square (Blue, Silver, Orange), and Dupont Circle (Red).
