Cooking Notes
Easy peasy and yummy! Served w baked potatoes and steamed spinach.
We made this with Black Bass and it was delicious.
We usually use bronzino but have used red snapper and sea bass and others. We get two fish when they are small which gives 4 small filets. Ron has two and I usually have on one but leftovers are great and moist. Just follow otherwise
Just FYI, I don't think fish is vegetarian, and probably not mayonnaise either..
Mayonnaise is vegetarian but it is not vegan.
