Portrait of Guy Trebay

Guy Trebay

I cover the intersections of style, culture, art and fashion, with a special emphasis on men’s wear and the evolving status of gender and masculinity.

Over the course of my career, I have written award-winning weekly columns on urban life, covered conflict zones, and written widely in both long and short form on art, culture, style and fashion. I was among the first reporters to investigate racial inequalities in the fashion industry. Most recently I have concentrated, as both critic and reporter, on men’s wear and the evolution of masculinity in all its permutations.

All Times journalists are committed to upholding the standards of integrity outlined in our Ethical Journalism Handbook.

I am best contacted by email and try to respond to all reasonable reader queries.
