Portrait of Tina Antolini

Tina Antolini

I focus on bringing Times culture coverage to listeners in audio.

I’ve worked in public radio and podcasting for almost 20 years, producing shows like NPR’s “Rough Translation” and “State of the Re:Union,” for which I won a Peabody Award in 2015. I served as senior story producer at “Pop-Up Magazine,” a live narrative journalism show that toured theaters around the United States, and was the founding host and producer of “Gravy,” a podcast with the Southern Foodways Alliance. “Gravy” won two James Beard Foundation Awards during my tenure. I was named a finalist for the Livingston Award for National Reporting in 2017. I’m also the co-author of a cookbook with the New Orleans chef Alon Shaya.

As a Times journalist, I share the values and adhere to the standards of integrity outlined in The Times’s Ethical Journalism Handbook.
