Pros

In move-in condition, the house has been well-maintained and tastefully updated. There are laundry areas on the main and lower levels. The property is private and attractive, bordering a wooded area and an equestrian center open to residents.

Cons

Buyers with young children may not like that the primary bedroom suite is on a different level than the other bedrooms. There are no hardwood floors on the second level.
