Act now to make sure your home is safe. If you own a chest/ dresser that was included in the June 2016 recall or the KULLEN-3 recall, there are several ways you can participate in these recalls.

Return your chest/ dresser to a store
If you do not want to anchor the product to your wall, you can return your chest/ dresser to the store for a refund.
Request pickup/ refund for your chest/ dresser
If you do not want to anchor your chest/ dresser to the wall, and prefer not to return the chest/ dresser to the store yourself, contact us and we will come to your house, pick the chest/ dresser up, and give you a refund free of charge.

Recall Summary
Name of Product: Children’s and adult chests and dressers
Hazard: The recalled chests and dressers are unstable if they are not properly anchored to the wall, posing serious tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in injuries or death to children.
Remedy: Refund or Repair
Consumers should immediately stop using any recalled chest or dresser that is not properly anchored to the wall and place it in an area that children cannot access. Contact IKEA for a choice between two options: refund or a free wall-anchoring kit. IKEA will pick up the recalled dressers free of charge or provide a one-time, free in-home wall-anchoring service for consumers upon request. Consumers can obtain assistance from IKEA through its website at www.IKEA-USA.com or https://www.ikea.com/us/en/customer-service/product-support/recalls/ikea-chest-and-dresser-safety-recall-pub4b96e3c0. Consumers with chests and dressers manufactured prior to January 2002 are eligible for a partial store credit.
