A New Book, but the Same Old Etgar Keret
The stories in 'Autocorrect,' the Israeli writer's seventh collection, seem as if they are made up from fragments of earlier stories, most of them serving the enigmatic author's constant need to charm and deliver punch lines
I say this with complete candor: There is no reason to read this review (which is a controversial statement to make in our era of venomous social media comments and hatred for criticism, but what can you do, critics must have some sense of awareness, and preferably a little self-deprecating humor).
