BWW is always seeking talented theater enthusiasts to head up feature coverage our over 130 regional areas. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to review the shows of your choice, conduct interviews with local and touring talent, design features of your own choosing for publishing, and work/network with your local theater press reps to bring exposure to the theatrical offerings in your area.

All applicants should have excellent writing skills and an interest for giving local theaters and productions some prominence on BroadwayWorld.com.

Stephen Mosher

Stephen Mosher is the author of The Sweater Book (a collection of his photography featuring celebrated artists from the entertainment communities of New York, Los Angeles, and London), Lived In Crazy (a memoir about his colorful life and that of his family) and the upcoming Stephen Mosher Stories (a 'best of' collection of four decades of his photography).  He and his husband, actor Pat Dwyer, are the subjects of the romantic marriage equality documentary film Married and Counting (available on Amazon, Itunes, and Youtube).  Stephen was the Health and Fitness columnist for EDGE Magazine online and is occasionally a contributing writer for the entertainment website HOTCHKA.  Aside from his writing, Stephen's other passions are his work as a personal trainer and his family.  


Analisa Bell
Analisa Bell

ANALISA BELL was born and raised in Perth, the most isolated city in Australia. After high school, she auditioned and gained entry to the prestigious Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts where she studied musical theater. Upon graduating, she performed in a number of musicals and theatre productions in Perth, including Oklahoma, Les Misérables and The Vagina Monologues (Winner of 2007 ITA Best Actress Award). She also worked as a voice-over artist and on-air talent for Perth commercial radio stations 96fm and 92.9fm. After several years touring Australia as a children’s theatre entertainer, Analisa discovered the world of cabaret! She went on to tour the cabaret and festival circuits in Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth, before moving to NYC at the end of 2014. She is currently mentored by Tony Award-winner, Faith Prince, is an Alum of the International Cabaret Conference at Yale, won the 2015 Annual Broadway Spring Festival Shana Farr Cabaret Competition, was a Semi-finalist in the 2016 and 2017 MetroStar Challenges at the former Metropolitan Room, and has performed in a plethora of solo and collaborative cabarets at the former Metropolitan Room, The Duplex, The Triad Theater, Don’t Tell Mama, The Green Room 42, and 54 Below. She is currently Secretary on the Manhattan Association of Cabarets (MAC) Board of Directors, and by day, you’ll find her working at The New York Pops as Education and Operations Manager.

Maya Gengozian

Maya Gengozian is a theatrical journalist contributing to Broadway World's Cabaret section. She is a senior at New York University studying musical theater and journalism, with a minor in producing. She has written for a number of publications, including The Story Exchange, Her Campus, College Magazine, and Cooper Squared. She is the President and Co-Producer of West 4th Stage Company, and Assistant Vice Chair of Communications for Women In Music at NYU. As if that wasn't enough, she is also the Editor-in-Chief of Her Campus at NYU. 

When she's not writing or working on one of the many projects she has at a time, Maya consumes entertainment. She spends a lot of time going to live theater, watching TV and movies (she’s probably re-watching “Sex and the City” or “The Good Wife” as you read this) and spending time with friends. 


Nathan Johnson
Nathan Johnson

Nathan Johnson is a queer performer/playwright/artist. He was a finalist for the Dramatists Guild Fellowship, a recipient of the National Queer Theatre-WIO Fellowship and a recipient of the Mary Louise Rockwell Scholarship from Primary Stages. His plays have been performed and/or received finalist positions at The SAUK, American Stage, Woven Theatre, Meanwhile Park Playwriting Prize, Bite Sized Theatre, The Chain Theatre, and The Magnetic Theatre.

As an actor, he’s worked in off Broadway, television, and film (My Big Gay Italian Wedding, The Party planner with David Tutera, One Life to Live). He has done makeup for hundreds of celebrities including Paul McCartney, Liza Minnelli, Kate McKinnon, Lea Michele, Paula Abdul, Annette Bening—and his most beloved Charles Busch and Julie Halston. He is most recognized from his time as the on-air artist on two seasons of Project Runway. He has been featured as a writer/expert in Harper’s Bazaar, Glamour, Brides, New Beauty and many others.

He earned his MFA at Columbia University. @nathanwalnut on all the socials.

Rob Lester
Rob Lester

Rob Lester, native New Yorker, has been covering entertainment for more than 15 years for various outlets and has recently returned to Broadway World writing staff.  His involvement in cabaret has also led to involvement with the genre's awards as a voting judge and, pre-pandemic, he helped to curate the Artists In Partnership (AIP) Cabaret Festival. As far as musical theatre, he loves attending, researching, reviewing, directing, writing songs and scripts, as well as being a dramaturg.  He also worked with author Deb Berman on her book for kids about what happens before birth called "9 Months in The Play Womb: The Inside Story." He personally hails from the womb of a mother who loves the Great American Songbook and its singers, instilling that appreciation in him.
