Younger than 18 years must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian which include teachers, trainers and similar
Registration od younger of 18 years can be rejected by M hotel employee in case of doubt in legal companion

This rule applies to the guest who previously stayed in the hotel and the hotel had a bad experience with him/her:
Check-in time is 14:00 – 22:00
Check-out time is 07:00 – 11:00

Early check in and late check out are on request
We charge early check in or late check out 50 EUR per room

Guest can leave luggage in our storage free of charge
When making a reservation, the website user undertakes to submit a valid e-mail address and authorizes us to use it for notifications in relation to the booking and confirming information. If the user is not available by e-mail or phone or submits a wrong or an invalid e-mail address, we reserve the right to cancel

To ensure your enjoyment, the Tivoli Boutique Inn has a »Commitment to Calm« in guest rooms and public areas. Complaints from other guests about excessive noise can result in the noisy party being asked to leave the hotel immediately with no refund
The Tivoli Boutique Inn is a non smoking hotel. A 200 € cleaning fee will be applied to your bill for smoking of any substance
We place particular pride on offering our guests clean rooms. You agree that excessive stains or damage to our property will result in a minimum 50 € cleaning fee
Extra charges billed to guest room will be settled at time of check out
Parking is at the responsibility of the vehicle owner and the hotel is not liable for any damages

Reservations are valid if they are made by e-mail, internet reservation systems, by phone or personally in hotel

Check out time is until 11.00 a.m. The reception team will assist you to store your luggage if you would like to spend more time in town before going to the airport. If you require a later check out or wish to extend your stay, please contact reception. Additional charges may apply for extended stay or late check out from the Tivoli Boutique Inn. In any case, our reception team will store your luggage and help you with some useful tips about Ljubljana
10 persons or more or 5 rooms with the same arrival and departure pattern is considered a group and must be booked via our dedicated group reservations team. If one person makes reservation for more than 10 people and is not addressed on group's mail, this reservation can be rejected
