This is the second phase of the process following last week's announcement of a $350 million investment by the Senate in Ohio communities from the One-Time Strategic Community Investment Fund.

Senate Bill 206 outlines a procedure for airports to dispose of these aircraft that clutter runways and detract from operations at Ohio public-use airports.
