Why hasn't my withdrawal to Apple Pay returned to my original account after 9 days?

Hello,

So I made a withdrawal to my apple pay but on the day the withdrawal was authorised I switch to a samsung phone so no longer have apple pay. What will happen to that payment? It's been 9 days and it hasn't gone back to original account.

Any idea what steps I should take next?
