This is an enhancement on the WeatherFeed in Newtab - instead of just getting weather suggestions from current location via merino API, we'd like to add a query string to the fetch call to get suggestions for locations that match the user input
The weather feed will need to receive user input from the UI and store the received data for the UI component to use

I have verified this enhancement using the steps from here and I can confirm the following:
- The "Change location" option is displayed in the weather widget's context menu.
- Location can be successfully changed.
Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly 128.0a1 (Build ID: 20240609205151) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 14.1.1, and Ubuntu 22.04 x64.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
