Misha Nonoo, designer and famous friend of Meghan Markle, is getting married to oil heir Mikey Hess at Rome’s Villa Aurelia, and like it would be for any international jetsetter’s big day, the guest list is long. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left baby Archie behind in England, and were seen arriving in Rome on Thursday afternoon. Later that evening, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom were spotted at a pre-ceremony dinner, along with Karlie Kloss and Josh Kushner.

By Friday afternoon, the big players had arrived for the ceremony. Nonoo was spotted wearing a simple white dress—probably not the one for ceremony, which she designed herself and seems to be quite extravagant—alongside her longtime friend Princess Eugenie, who was also present at Nonoo’s first wedding back in 2012. Harry and Meghan arrived soon thereafter, both wearing black.

For most people, that would be enough of a guest list. But early Friday morning, the White House Kushners, Jared and Ivanka Trump, touched down in Rome to attend the Nonoo–Hess wedding. Ivanka took a break from fueling speculation about future political runs via her haircut to “[support] local fashion,” according to the Daily Mail, by wearing a $2,695 Dolce & Gabbana dress while strolling through the city. By Friday afternoon they also made it to the wedding venue, Ivanka wearing a pale-pink dress, with her new bob in soft curls.

We already know how things went the last time Bloom, Perry, and the White House Kushners were all slated to attend the same wedding, when Kloss and Josh Kushner threw a Wyoming ranch party in June. Perry and Bloom actually went to the party, while Jared and Ivanka left early and posted a suspicious Instagram from another part of the state. Earlier in June, Harry had the opportunity to be very awkward with Jared and Ivanka at a state dinner, which Meghan missed because she was still on maternity leave, even as Jared's father-in-law was picking fights with her. Hats off to Nonoo, who is throwing a wedding where friendship means more than horrible American politics.
