But not one vengeful boyfriend, who claims he used his ex-girlfriend’s credit card to pay for a swanky holiday after discovering her infidelity.

Charly Menegatti also claimed he planned to keep the news she had footed the bill a secret until they returned home from the glamorous getaway in Brazil.
He called it the "perfect excuse to break up", adding that she wasn’t yet aware that he knew she'd been unfaithful.
The Argentine couple travelled to neighbouring Brazil to enjoy a beach holiday at a plush resort.
He explained his reasons in a TikTok video that racked up a whopping 1.9 million views.

He accompanied the clip with the message: "Being a cuckold worked out well."
In the video, he walks along the beach on an overcast day while talking to the camera.
His girlfriend is seen sitting on the sand behind him, seemingly unaware of his video confession.
In the clip he says: "If the fat lady asks you for a getaway, you should book a hotel, take two flights to Brazil, and go.

"Of course, the part about paying for everything with her credit card is something to tell her when you get back.
"She played me for a fool and she doesn’t know that I know.”

He added: "I’m taking advantage though. I’m here enjoying a beautiful, divine vacation.
"And then she’ll find out that I did everything with her card.
"It’s going to be the perfect excuse to break up."
His followers were quick to support his payback plan.
