ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY: At Dirty Labs - Less is More. By creating hyper-concentrated formulas, we greatly reduce our package sizes (and thus, our carbon footprint). Our bottles are made of aluminum and can be infinitely recycled. Our ingredients are responsibly sourced and created through biorenewable manufacturing processes. We examine every aspect of our product life cycles in order to achieve the safest, most sustainable solutions.
DIRECTIONS: Follow your garment care label and washing machine instructions. Measure with teaspoon or Dirty Labs silicone beaker (available separately, or with all 32 load bottles). For tough stains, pretreat directly to soil area and allow to sit for 5 minutes before washing. Our detergent is hyper-concentrated use as follows: 8ml for medium loads, 12ml for large loads, 16 ml for x-large loads.

Does your product work with hard water?

If I could give this detergent 10 stars I would. I have been waiting for a detergent like this for decades. It cleans better than ANY detergent I have ever used, it doesn’t have a chemical smell and a tiny bit goes a long way which protects my washing machine and my budget.

I am chemically sensitive and Also have a very good sense of smell. I am extra aware of wether my clothes Actually smell clean without fragrances to conceal what isNT being cleaned. So laundry coming out still smelling really bothers me but I can’t use conventional laundry detergents due to the fragrances and the scent free ones I tried just didn’t actually clean my laundry and still had that not quite clean laundry smell.

I am DELIGHTED with this brand. It actually cleans my laundry and it smells fresh because it’s actually clean. I have really put it through the wringer too with dirt, grass stains, all kinds of food stains, sweat stains, blood from a skinned knee, and more. It gets EVERYthing out. It even brightened up an old duvee cover that was “clean”. It took out all the musty smells, old fragrance smells and made it look vibrant and brand new again (it had been looking dull and grungy).

This seemed expensive when I bought it the first time because you get an 8 ounce bottle, and I was like there’s no way that this is gonna last as long as they say. But it did. You really truly do not need very much. My clothes are the cleanest they’ve ever been. I’m still shocked every time I wash something that I haven’t worn in a while and it comes out cleaner then when I put it on.

Also, being chemically sensitive I do not tolerate synthetic fragrances at all. Like zero. I tried other brands that claim to be natural and I still get reactions to them. I have zero reaction to both scents in this brand. I’m not claiming that all people that are chemically sensitive would have the same experience as me, But both sense are gentle, they’re not overpowering, they didn’t cause my skin to react and they didn’t give me my typical chemical sensitivity reaction either. The good smell was present but was not overwhelming - and I love that I can finally have clean detergent AND a pretty scent on it. And if for some reason you don’t want scents, they offer a fragrance free option.

I highly recommend this detergent. It is hard to impress me when it comes to laundry detergent. I really dived deep into experimenting with different brands and different types for a while, and this is my number #1 pick. Even though it’s a little bottle, I spend less money overall on this detergent. And it Actually cleans the laundry and doesnt just gloss over with fragrances. I absolutely love it. It deserves 10 stars.

I really like this detergent! It comes with a tiny silicone cup which is great for measuring the exact amount you actually need unlike other brands. Other brands give you a huge cup which makes the consumer think they need that amount and too much ruins your washer! This comes with the tiny cap that fits on the top so you won't lose it. The soap itself is really gentle. It smells great and doesn’t leave a film on your clothes. If you have sensitive skin it’s great because it’s so gentle and non toxic which we love! I give it a 4/5 stars due to the cost. Yes a little goes a long way but I wish it lasted a little longer. The amount is great for a small house hold but for those with huge families it might total up fast.

I love this laundry detergent, its smells amazing, is clean and eco friendly and it deserves 5 stars in my opinion. However, I received my 2nd order today and unfortunately the box was damaged which caused the bottle to be dented and leaking, quite the sticky mess to clean up. I can still use the detergent and will transfer from the dented bottle to the one that’s almost empty. I will continue ordering the product but I hope the next time it’ll be packaged better

Fragrance free and Truly hypoallergenic, check. Packaging recyclable, check. Cleans well, check. Leaking pressure of soap pushing out of cap, negates ALL! First bottle arrived leaking a touch but once opened and in the cabinet, it continued to ooze out the top leaving a soapy sticky mess. Try again, second bottle showed up inside a very wet carton and about 20% of the product on the outside of the aluminum bottle in a plastic bag. It still oozed with the cap loosened. The little silicone cap to measure is a waste to use, and then to clean. It’s thick and concentrated which is great until it’s wasted. Just a MESS. I’m done. Going back to find fragrance free detergent strips.

I’m so happy that I finally found a non-toxic, EFFICIENTLY cleansing, clean and fresh smelling product!! I have tried multiple nontoxic laundry cleaners- from overpriced and not great quality “gentle” standard detergents to homemade detergent to ECOS sheets… and they were all not good. The ecos sheets were so ineffective at cleaning throroughly and getting out smells!! We used up what we had, but as soon as we switched to dirty labs the smell finally went away!! Plus i love that it is concentrated, naturally scented with essential oils and EFFICIENT! + eco friendly. Been about a month or so and so far so good! Happy to finally find a a worthwhile clean product and it is worth every penny so far.

I love that this detergent seems to *work* as well as being unscented or lightly scented and environmentally clean. It doesn't irritate our family's sensitive skin. The clothes look and smell clean. I am still carefully trying the scented kinds. The only thing I dislike is having to pour the liquid into the measuring cap. It gets sticky. There is a dispenser but that's an added cost.

I’m going with 4 stars because I believe this stuff actually does work, and I’ve bought their laundry powder before as well. The brand is pretty expensive but it’s worth it. However, the smell on this one, not to stereotype, but smells a bit “manly” where I wish it was slightly more neutral. It does smell fresh though.

The smell is amazing!! I couldn’t wait to do laundry!! I’m so sad to report that although my towels came out very soft, there is absolutely no scent at all.

I have a front loading HE washer and dryer, and I have this problem with most laundry detergents. I don’t cook my clothes either; so I know it’s not from over-drying. 😕
