I bought this for my office, which typically has multiple people on conference calls at their cubicle desks throughout the day, and out HVAC equipment can be loud. I was looking for a headset with good mic cancelling for stopping background noise from getting through my mic, and good headphone noise cancelling so that I could hear others on my calls.
I’ve found this headset to hit all the marks above. I’m surprised at how loud my office is when I take them off! I haven’t noticed my mic registering any background noise or feedback, even when a coworker two cubes over is on the same call and talking. I’m surprised how good the headphone canceling is for on-ear headphones.
The headphone voice sound quality is great; that’s the reason I went with wired over wireless. I’ve had no complaints about the mic quality.
Comfort is good. I have a big head and wear glasses, and while these aren’t as comfy as over ear headphones, I can wear them for a couple of hours before they become uncomfortable. I’m not on calls all day though, and I usually switch to my AirPods to listen to music or podcasts between calls. That said, music sounds fine on these headphones; I’m not expecting any audiophile quality, but they’re much better than the Logitech Zone 125 headphones I had.
I got the UC USB-C version, and moving the boom mic up to mute works with Google Meet.
Overall, I’d recommend this for anyone who takes calls at their desk sporadically through the day in an occasionally noisy office. This is a good all-around headset.

Good for short calls
I take a lot of calls from home since I work from home for the majority of the week and the standard EarPods that came with my phone are just not cutting it when it comes to audio quality. I wanted to have a more dedicated headset and these were great because they plug in via USB C which my MacBook has the ports for.Upon using them they were pretty comfy, but when I have a call that lasts more than 45 mins it starts to feel a little uncomfortable around the ears and anything more than an hour I definitely need to take them off. The mic quality on these are great and light years better than using your own computers built in mics or the mics on the buds that come with your phone.You can download the Jabra app to help customize some of the settings and update the headset themselves which is nice to have. When you have the mic upwards it automatically mutes as well and you'll get a little red light indicator on the USB C portion that plugs into your computer. The noise cancellation is very minimal and I sometimes don't know when it's on/off so don't get these if that's your #1 requirement.This is a great overall headset if you're in the market for some, but the price is a bit high for the functionality.
