In terms of looks, this baby rocks it out of the park. Really sleek looking, a little bit smaller than I was expecting (I was thinking it'd be more akin to those 1980s-esque radio shack specials you see in the garages of grandpas and dads. You know?

The dials are incredibly responsive, though it can take some finagling to land on just the right place. It's really nifty that you can plug your phone right into it (cable not included though). The speakers are nice and loud, but the sound quality is about what you'd expect from a $30 radio, not bad at all just unremarkable.

The biggest downside for me is that there's a huge amount of static for most local stations; I did some basic troubleshooting and it seems like it's just not grounded very well. I couldn't tell you where or why, I haven't taken it apart yet. If you hold the wire, it's fine. Step one foot back? Insta-static. Larger radio stations (with more signal OOMPF) come through pretty well though.

I teetered between 3-4 stars on this, but settled on 4 because the price is fair, it's functional, and it's really rad looking. I think if you're looking for a centerpiece for your living room then spend a few more bucks to get something a little higher quality. But if you just wanna jam out to some tunes while you woodwork or drink garage beers, then this will be just fine. :)

Absolutely perfect for adding nostalgic flair to a room. Small, but substantial in weight. I really like having the cord as well as battery operation options. The cord stores neatly in an inside compartment when using the dc plug in function. The sound is good for such a small radio. It's easy to use. No digital function at all. I get pretty good reception on the am and fm bands (and this is typically a problem in my area). I purchased the teal, which leans more toward green turquoise, reminiscent of the popular color schemes of the 1950's, early 60's. Love this little radio! I remember the colors and shapes in furnishings of the period, and this radio definitely reflects those times. Extremely satisfied with this purchase.

This is a good little radio for the money! It measures 7 1/2" X 5 1/4" X 2 1/2" and the case is good quality plastic. It plugs directly into the wall, and can also operate on 4 C batteries. Tuning is analog, but very controllable. It has aux in, but no audio out (which would have been nice). However, while you could hardly expect heavy, thumping bass from it's single speaker, it does have a very decent sound. I am very pleased with the little radio, and as you can see, it's as cute as a button!
