I have different places I store my daily-use wine glasses, but I picked these up to store some glasses we've got at various vineyards that we don't actually generally use but want to keep. The racks do the job we got them for, no worries there. The missing star is due to the screws that came with the racks. I don't know what they're made of out, but whether I was using my power drill, or a manual screwdriver, the head stripped like whoa. I was even drilling pilot holes to help it along, and it didn't matter, I couldn't come close to screwing them in all the way as the head would strip before I got to that point. Add to this that they were too long (possibly an issue with my cabinets, not the screws themselves) and it was just a no-go. I brought one to Home Depot to compare, and got several screws about the same diameter but slightly shorter to accommodate my cabinets. Those screws worked great, no stripping. The only thing was because they weren't designed for these racks the heads don't nest like they should. For this reason I recommend buying round-head screws, instead of the flat-heads that I bought. They work, but they're not as asthetically pleasing as they could be. No one sees the screws though, as they're mounted below the upper cabinets so unless you're actively looking for them, you wouldn't see them.
TL/DR, good product, but spend a couple bucks on better screws.
Definitely worth the price! The screws that came with it stripped more easily than copper. I recommend buying higher quality screws if you intend to remove the racks in the future.
