The first Manchester derby of the league season, meanwhile, comes at the Etihad on December 14, with the reverse fixture at Old Trafford on April 5. City’s games against Arsenal — who have emerged as their closest challengers in the past two years — will be played on September 21 at the Etihad and in north London on February 1.
