Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson has informed the club that he wants to assess his options for a potential transfer this summer.

The 24-year-old Englishman signed a new deal last July, which committed him to Arsenal until June 2027 and includes an option to extend by 12 months.

Nelson’s game time was limited last season and approaches for him arrived in January, however they were rejected as Arsenal competed for the Premier League and Champions League.

The north London side would be looking for about £20million including add-ons if they are to let the academy graduate leave.

Crystal Palace, Fulham, Nottingham Forest and West Ham United are among the teams interested in Nelson, who enjoyed loan spells at Hoffenheim and Feyenoord before breaking into the Arsenal first-team squad.

He made his senior debut in 2017 but was restricted to just one Premier League start last season and a further 14 appearances from the bench as Arsenal finished second in the league to Manchester City.
