The Milwaukee Brewers revealed their new City Connect uniforms Friday, featuring a tribute to the fans with the words "Brew Crew" on the front of the jersey. The team will debut the uniforms on June 24 and will wear them for their three-game series against the Blue Jays.
Milwaukee will wear the uniforms for seven additional home dates throughout the season, most often on Friday nights or for community night games.
The uniforms boast the colors powder blue, yellow and navy as a tribute to the People's Flag of Milwaukee. It also features a grill patch on the sleeve to represent fans cooking and tailgating outside the ballpark. The new letter mark on the jerseys incorporates Milwaukee's area code (414) and the city's airport abbreviation (MKE).
