England fans: Discuss the Hungary game with our writer Jack Pitt-Brooke

England in relegation scrap!

Bottom of Nations League Group A3 at the halfway stage, with two points and no goals scored from open play in their three games, Gareth Southgate’s men could use a payback victory today over Hungary, who beat them 1-0 in the opening match 10 days ago, in their final game of a punishing, 10-month 2021-22 season. The final two group matches, Italy away and then home against Germany, will be in September.

Pose your questions now and The Athletic’s England writer Jack Pitt-Brooke will join a couple of hours before kick-off at Wolves’ Molineux, then discuss the performance, where the match was won and lost and pick through what the result means for the Nations League campaign and, far more importantly, the World Cup finals now just five months away.
