ASTRAL COMMUNICATION INC., Montreal, agreed to sell its 103-store retail photographic division to Black Photo Corp., a photographic retailer based in Markham, Ontario. Terms were not disclosed.

UNISON HEALTHCARE CORP., Scottsdale, Ariz., agreed to acquire privately owned Signature Health Care Corp. and four affiliated companies that run 13 long-term-care facilities in Colorado and Arizona. Financial terms were not disclosed.

MILLER INDUSTRIES, Ooltewah, Tenn., a maker of towing and recovery equipment for wreckers, said it planned to acquire four towing equipment distribution companies in a $5 million stock transaction.
