The Manville Corporation has told a Federal bankruptcy judge in New York it will submit a new, $2.5 billion reorganization plan and a financial statement by Feb. 14. The plan, which first was outlined by the company in December, must be voted on by each of the company's thousands of creditors. It would set aside about $2.5 billion for asbestos-disease victims and $125 million for property owners with asbestos on their premises.
