At St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Morristown, N.J., yesterday, Victoria McKittrick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sterling McKittrick Jr. of Morristown, was married to Mark Oliva, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Oliva Jr. of Gates Mills, Ohio. The Rev. Mark Beckwith performed the ceremony.

The bride, who will be a middle-school social-studies teacher at the Hathaway Brown School in Shaker Heights, Ohio, in the fall, graduated from the Gill/St. Bernard's School and Connecticut College. Her father is vice president, investor affairs, with the Cities Service Company in New York.

Mr. Oliva graduated from Phillips Academy and Connecticut College. He is a national account executive with WERE and WGCL, Cleveland radio stations owned by Chester Broadcasting, of which his father is board chairman.
