PARIS, June 19—France has issued warnings to aircraft and ships to steer clear of her Pacific atomic testing center starting at midnight tonight, Greenwich mean time (7 P.M. Monday, New York time).

The warnings were the clearest indication yet that the sixth French program of atmospheric testing since 1966 was imminent. The testing site is centered on the island of Mururoa in French Polynesia.
