The city's Offtrack Betting Corporation begins accepting bets today at 2 P,M. on the 104th running of. the $125,000 Belmont Stakes. The threehorse entry of Riva Ridge, Upper Case and Spanish Riddle is the morning‐line favorite at odds of 2‐1.
The entry is QTB letter U, but it is possible to bet on the individual horses by using OTB letter A for Riva Ridge, B for Upper Case and C for Spanish Riddle.
Prince Fauquier and Eager Exchange, letters D and E, respectively, are an entry under the OTB letter V.
