HARTSDALE, N. Y., March 8 —Mrs. Phyllis Fine Sussman, painter and the wife of Albert Sussman, executive vice president of the International Council of Shopping Centers, died today at their home, 24 Beechwood Road. She was 52 years old.

Mrs. Sussman was born in Hartford and studied at the Art Students League and with Rudolph Baranik and Frank Kleinholz. She had exhibited in New York City and Westchester galleries.

She leaves, besides her husband. two sons, Bernard and Daniel; her mother, Mrs. Harry Fine, and a sister, Mrs. Adeline Weiner.
