KEY WEST, Fla., March 8 (UPI)—A general curfew was imposed today on a predominantly black neighborhood after scattered incidents of rock and bottle‐throwing were reported. Two persons were wounded by gunfire, and 10 persons were arrested during the incidents yesterday.
