LONDON, March 6 (AP)—The Manchester United soccer team signed Ian Moore for a reported $520,000 tonight, completing a threeteam transfer tangle.

The 27‐year‐old winger, who played for Nottingham Forest, showed up earlier in the day to begin training With Derby County, which claimed to have signed him for $585,000.

Nottingham Forest, meanwhile, insisted Moore had no permission to leave the team and, in fact, as of last Saturday, had not signed the forms necessary to permit him to join any other club. Today, Manchester United announced: “All parties have signed.”
