Sales of Savings Bonds continued to advance in February, the Treasury reported yesterday. Net cash inflow rose to $187‐million from $110‐million in the preceding month. Sales of Series E and H Bonds increased to $537‐million from $521‐million, while redemptions fell to $350‐million from $411million.
