BUFFALO, Jan. 7 (AP)—Connie Hawkins. scored 32 points tonight in leading the Phoenix Suns to a 123‐110. victory over the Buffalo Braves. The game, was interrupted by a bomb scare with 9:35 left to play. The 10,247 fans evacuated Memorial Auditorium. Most of them returned and play was resumed after a 28‐minute delay.
