WASHINGTON, Jan. 14. -- The Supreme Court today held that income derived by religious organizations or corporations from the sale or lease of lands and incidental trading, when devoted exclusively to religious, charitable and educational purposes, is not subject to taxation and comes within the exceptions in the income tax law.
