The Spugs had their first big Christmas party yesterday from 2 o'clock to 9 P.M. in the Grand Central Palace. There were 13,000 tickets issued, and that number of people included the Spugs themselves and every one they knew who was sad and lonely and needed a good time and a large portion of Christmas spirit.
