There are charming touches in Miss Eleanor Gate's new play, "We Are Seven." which was seen for the first time at the Maxine Elliott Theatre last night, but, unfortunately, this so-called whimsical farce has been pretty nearly talked to death before the developments are of a sort to fix and hold attention.
