ALBANY, Dec. 24. -- Gov. Glynn to-day signed the bills passed by the Legislature, to wipe out the State's current indebtedness, but not until he had used the pruning knife. From the supplemental supply bill items aggregating $51,285 were excluded. Of this amount $35,682 was contained in three items for the National Guard, including $5,268 for allowances to headquarters.
