LAWRENCE, L.I., Aug. 25. -- Miss Stella Weingartner, 19 years old, who has been spending the Summer with her sister, Mrs. H. Sumner Steinberg of Park Avenue, Woodmere, L.I., was arraigned this evening before Justice Sprague at Lawrence on a charge of exceeding the speed limit with her automobile on Sunday afternoon.
