Within the next few days will be published the official report of Capt. C.E. Johnston of the United States revenue cutter Seneca, which with the cutter Mohawk has just completed the first ice patrol of the North Atlantic, a patrol established by the Government after the sinking of the White Star liner Titanic, for the purpose of protecting transatlantic shipping from the iceberg peril.
