BUFFALO, Aug. 16. -- Acting Governor Martin H. Glynn's requisition for a prisoner was accepted by Sheriff Smith of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, to-day, when Justice Bissell placed Louis Leucht in the custody of the Sheriff. No legal questions were placed before the court as Leucht waived all technicalities and said he was wiling to go back to Ohio and face a charge of abandonment. View Full Article in Timesmachine »
