Prince Poniatowski, the French banker, who arrived on the Olympic yesterday, spent the greater part of the day in conferences relating to the St. Louis San Francisco Railroad situation. Before discussing progress made in getting information from local bankers as to the road's prospects under the receivership, he took pains to say that his visit was not in the interest of French bondholders of the Frisco.
