ALBANY, Feb. 23. -- A story of a plot to assassinate Gov. Sulzer was made public to-night by the Governor. He said a man with his hand bandaged called at the Executive Chamber last Friday morning and asked to see the Governor. The visitor was informed the Executive was too busy to see him.
