WASHINGTON, Sept. 5. -- The weekly crop bulletin of the Weather Burean reports temperatures favorable for maturing of crops in all districts east of the Rocky Mountains during the week ended on Sept. 4, except in the northern portions of the Upper Missouri and Upper Mississippi Valleys and in Northern New England, where it was somewhat too cool.
