The hearing was finished yesterday in the case of the mock marriage on the night of Dec. 10 In the East Fifty-first Street Police Station, when Wilhelm Bay and Marie Lehrke were made to believe that a policeman dressed to resemble a priest had performed a legal ceremony. The accused are Policeman George Wetzei, alleged to have performed the mock ceremony, and Policeman Tobin, alleged to have made out the false certificate. View Full Article in Timesmachine »
