WASHINGTON, March 29. -- Official advices from the Atlantic squadron give the result of the trouble on the cruiser Yorktown. Commander Folger suspended Paymaster E.B. Webster for alleged intoxication, and, pending the presentation of charges to the Admiral against the Paymaster, the commander, it was charged, offered to let the matter drop if Webster would withdraw serious charges he had made against the coxswain of the commander's gig.
