A number of indictments against Inspectors, poll clerks, and others connected with the elections machinery last Fall were found yesterday by the Extraordinary Grand Jury of the Court of Oyer and Terminer, and warrants were issued to Police Superintendent Byrnes to serve, but up to a late hour last night no arrests had been made.
