In your editorial columns this morning you criticise Senator Lexow for criticising the thirty-third section of the Committee of Ten's bill to reorganize the Police Department, permitting domiciliary visitations, and call attention to the fact that this power is now lodged in the Superintendent of Police under Section 285 of the Consolidation act.
