ALBANY, March 15. -- From the character of a bill that was introduced in the Assembly to-day by W.W. Niles. Jr., of New-York, it is evident that Mayor Strong proposes to carry on, through the commissioners of Accounts, the work of investigation that was begun by the Lexow police investigating committee.
