ASBURY PARK, N.J., March 13. -- At a joint meeting of the officers of the New-Jersey Division, League of American Wheelmen, and committees from the Athletic Association and Asbury Park Wheelmen, held here to-day, a permanent organization was effected to take charge of the National meet of the League of American Wheelmen in July.
