ALBANY, March 11. -- Controller Roberta has denied the application of P.J. Marsh for the cancellation of the State's title to the lands around Racquette Lake. The State Forest Commission first notified Controller Wemple in 1891, when the application was made, that the affidavits filed in support of the application were not true, and that the facts in the case were misrepresented.
