WASHINGTON, March 9. -- The Secretary of Agriculture is in receipt of a communication from a leading manufacturer and business man of Omaha, giving the result of his observation and inquiries during a recent trip through the State of Kansas as to the present outlook for the wheat crop in that State and the extent to which wheat has been fed to stock by Kansas farmers.
